What you'll do

As a Product Manager - user Communication & Engagement you are passionate about optimizing digital communication platforms and experienced in product management. You combine strategic vision with hands-on execution and know how to translate technical possibilities into commercial and operational value. With an eye for both the end-user and the operator, you create an optimal chat and communication experience.

Your responsibilities as our Product Manager - user Communication & Engagement:

• Product Ownership: Develop and maintain the product roadmap for ChatHomeBase and the communication ecosystem, including chat features, engagement formats and monetization opportunities. Balance operational improvements with long-term innovation.

• Operational Alignment: Translate operator and business requirements into functional specifications for IT. Improve workflows, automation, and productivity across the platform.

• User Experience & Strategy: Take ownership of the operator UI, chat flows, and consumer experience. Design communication experiences that integrate personalization, behavioral triggers, and conversational psychology to maximize engagement.

• Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to implementation. Manage priorities between bug fixes, new features, and structural improvements.

• Data & Insights: Use chat performance data and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities, run A/B tests, and report results to the leadership team. Track communication metrics such as retention, churn, and engagement.

• Compliance & Quality: Ensure that ChatHomeBase meets company standards, operational requirements, and ethical guidelines.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Business, IT, BI, CRM, Marketing, and Support teams to create a consistent communication strategy across all channels

  If you fit this profile, you can excel in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably with SaaS, chat, or operations-focused platforms.

• Experience working closely with IT/development teams.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Strong technical understanding and the ability to translate IT detail into business value.

• Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and KPI frameworks.

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Team player, structured, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
