As our new Affiliate Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding and strengthening our network of high-quality traffic partners.
Your mission? To drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and build sustainable, long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
Working closely with teams across Business Intelligence, Product, and Development, you’ll help shape performance-driven strategies and elevate results across the board. From optimising campaigns to closing smarter deals, your impact will be seen in measurable growth and lasting value.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll bring your experience to the table while continuing to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll take ownership of key aspects of our affiliate strategy, all while being supported by a team that values initiative, honesty, and fresh thinking
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
Manage and strengthen relationships with affiliate and traffic partners, focusing on alignment, quality, and long-term success
Identify and onboard new partners that support our growth goals and meet high-performance standards
Monitor and analyse traffic, conversion rates, and partner performance — and use those insights to improve results
Work closely with internal teams (BI, Tech, Product) to align strategies and unlock new opportunities
Negotiate partnership terms and help shape scalable, win-win agreements
Stay up to date with affiliate trends — and challenge our thinking with fresh ideas
Job requirements for our Affiliate Partnerships Manager
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
Minimum of two years' experience in partner management, business development or sales.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, lead generation and digital traffic management.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Data driven with strong analytical skills.
Experience of tracking platforms such as Everflow, Tune, Voluum or Cake.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Fluency in Dutch is a plus.

Salary between €3.296 and €4.002 gross per month, based on your experience
