Junior Affiliate Manager/ Partner Manager
About the job
This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn how affiliate businesses actually work: partners, traffic, performance, tracking, and optimization — while working closely with the Head of Affiliates and an experienced team.
You won’t be “just a junior”. You’ll be part of a team where you learn fast, get responsibility, and actually see the impact of your work.

Partner & Affiliate Support
Communicate daily with affiliate and traffic partners
Support partner onboarding and activation
Help keep partner relationships running smoothly
Make sure partner data, setups, and documentation are accurate
Performance & Growth
Monitor basic KPIs like traffic, conversions, and lead quality
Support performance analysis and reporting
Help spot opportunities to improve and scale partner performance
Prepare insights for partner discussions
Operations & Execution
Support tracking setups, links, and basic postback checks
Coordinate with Tech, BI, Finance, and other internal teams
Help resolve operational issues related to tracking or reporting
Keep partner communication and records well organized
Learning & Development
Learn how affiliate marketing and performance partnerships work
Stay up to date with industry basics and trends
Grow into more ownership and responsibility over time

About you
0–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, sales, or partnerships
A strong interest in affiliate / performance marketing
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with data and numbers (you don’t need to be a data wizard — curiosity is enough)
Good communication skills in English
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Nice to have (but not required):
Familiarity with tracking platforms like Everflow, Tune, Cake
Basic knowledge of tracking links, pixels, or postbacks
Experience with Google Workspace or Jira

Salary indication: €2900 - €3300 gross per month, based on experience.
