What you'll do
As Head of Media Buying, you’ll lead and scale our media buying department across multiple traffic channels. You’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on performance marketing expertise, driving growth through Facebook, Display, and emerging traffic sources.
You’ll work closely with media buyers, campaign managers, creative teams, and business stakeholders to optimize performance, improve workflows, and unlock new scaling opportunities.
From building high-performing teams to developing scalable campaign structures and performance systems, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future growth of Damn.
Your responsibilities include:
Developing and executing cross-channel media buying strategies.
Leading and coaching internal and external media buyers.
Scaling Facebook, Display, and emerging traffic channels.
Driving campaign testing, optimization, and performance improvements.
Managing budgets, pacing, and campaign profitability.
Standardizing workflows and campaign structures for scalability.
Improving reporting systems, dashboards, and optimization processes.
Collaborating closely with Data, and Business teams.
Identifying new opportunities in funnels, ad formats, and traffic sources.
Building a culture of ownership, experimentation, and high performance.
About you
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
6+ years of experience in Media Buying;
Proven experience leading high-performing performance marketing teams;
Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and user behavior metrics;
Experience with ad tech and tracking platforms such as Meta, Voluum, and Redtrack;
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills;
Excellent leadership and communication skills;
Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and performance-driven mentality;
Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
Experience within the dating niche is a strong plus.
