About the job
This role is ideal for someone who already understands affiliate marketing, media traffic, tracking, and API integrations, and wants to grow deeper in a hands-on, business-critical position.
You won’t be expected to “know everything” — but you should be comfortable owning setups, solving problems, and improving processes with support from the Head of Affiliates and the team.
This role is a key operational chain in the Affiliate Department. It ensures scalability, quality, and technical stability — while offering strong learning and growth potential. You are the link between affiliates, media, and technology.
Not junior: you work independently and take ownership

Below you'll find an overview of your responsibilities and focus:
Affiliate & Tracking Operations
Set up and maintain offers, tracking links, postbacks, caps, and payouts
Support technical onboarding of affiliates and media partners
Ensure correct attribution across different traffic sources
Monitor and resolve tracking discrepancies
Fraud & Traffic Quality
Monitor traffic quality across affiliate and API sources
Detect and investigate suspicious or low-quality traffic
Support fraud reviews and help finalize fraud cases
Apply fraud-prevention rules and operational checks
Operational Support & Collaboration
Support affiliate managers with technical and operational tasks
Work closely with the Head of Affiliates on execution priorities
Collaborate with tech, data, and finance teams when needed
Maintain clear documentation of setups, issues, and processes
API & Media Integrations
Work with API-based traffic and media partners
Support and manage API integrations with tracking platforms and partners
Understand traffic flows, attribution logic, and data fields
Monitor API traffic stability, performance, and data consistency
Troubleshoot API, tracking, and reporting issues with guidance when needed.

About you
2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ad tech, or performance marketing
Hands-on experience with tracking platforms and integrations
Solid understanding of API traffic and media buying flows
Experience with traffic quality control and fraud monitoring
Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
Willingness to learn, improve, and grow within the role
Fluent in English
Nice to have (but not required):
Experience with Everflow, HasOffers, or similar platforms
Basic technical understanding (APIs, postbacks, JSON)
Experience working with international affiliates or media sources
Background in operations, tech support, or ad operations

Salary indication: €3600 - €4400 gross per month, based on experience.
